SeaPort-E: ATS Experience

ATS offers a wide range of Information Service Support to help organizations effectively manage Information Technology resources at NAVSEA Keyport. We provide technical support in the design, installation, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, upgrading and reconfiguration of network components and cable facilities. We perform customer support that includes a Computer Repair Facility and Help Desk support including technical support for the operation, installation and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, printers, external disk drives, custom software, operating systems, Video teleconferencing, SharePoint Services, and multi-media installations. We furnish web support utilizing HTML, Microsoft FrontPage and Microsoft SharePoint. We design, maintain, and install Web pages, provide training materials and procedures related to web pages, prepare help guides and document procedures and processes. We develop software and provide system design documents following industry standard Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) III process guidelines, and local development standards and guidelines. Configuration control and application tuning is provided as well as thorough testing of all new and changed application systems, support required after implementation and training support associated with system implementation. We furnish purchasing support and asset management for IT Departments. On-site audio visual support which includes the use of digital video cameras, audio/video recorders, players, projection equipment, monitors, editing software, audio/video controllers and switches, standard media types and formats is provided. This also includes video production which may encompass script writing, story boarding, copyright restrictions, and public release. We perform traditional and customary system administration services for several Sun computers, their attached peripherals, the applications and databases running on them, and their interfaces with other systems. We also provide database administration services for the databases resident on the Sun Systems and any new changes or updates to the databases. We are proficient in customer centric Project Management support to include but not limited to development of project scope, cost control, schedule, resource leveling, project phase management, risk milestone tracking, deliverables, return on investment, and total cost of ownership using data from financial or business operations departments.
