| Position Summary |
ATS is seeking a creative and energetic engineer who can provide commercial-grade software within time and budget constraints. Candidate will be expected to actively engage in design and development of ground breaking software to provide quality re-usable solutions for customers.
Position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a Web Applications developer. |
| Responsibilities |
- Design and develop leading-edge software
- Work collaboratively with a team of developers in accordance with a design specification to build and deliver high-end software
- Provide creative, innovative solutions for a variety of different settings

| Qualifications |
Must have extensive experience in the development of web based applications with following skills:
- Source Control (VSTS experience preferred)
- Visual Studio
- AJAX – minimum of 1 year experience
- Visual Basic .Net – minimum of 1 years experience
- SQL Server 2005 – minimum of 1 year experience
- XML
- Experience with Windows Services
- Web Services – minimum of 1 years experience
- JavaScript – minimum of 1 years experience
- Active Directory – prefer 1 years experience

| Desirable Skills |
- Integration Services (SSIS)
- Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Message Queues
- Familiar with Department of the Navy procedures/protocols
- Familiar with CMMI coding standards (Web Development Life Cycle)
- Familiar with Agile programming
In addition, the candidate must:
- Be able to independently research new technologies and solutions
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to manage multiple tasks/requirements at one time.
- Be able to work under strict/tight deadlines
- Able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
- Understanding of all types of testing such as unit, component, integration and system testing
