Title	SharePoint Developer
Position Summary	ATS is looking for a creative and energetic developer that can provide end-to-end SharePoint solutions under time and budget constraints. A successful candidate will be expected to actively engage in all aspects of creating custom web solutions for both in-house and external customers.
Responsibilities	The creation, development, implementation and maintenance for SharePoint projects Interface with client contacts and internal resources for direction and requirements gathering Develop detailed work plans for project execution Develop standard templates and branding for site standards Must be a self-starter and require little or no supervision Monitor projects towards goals and escalate any issues or timeline adjustments accordingly Identify and implement SOP's for managing SharePoint administration Document any implemented solutions
Qualifications	2+ years in web development, producing or administration Experience with administration, configuration, and customization of Windows SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal Server Experience with development of custom Microsoft Web Parts Detailed prior experience in the entire software development life-cycle working on large commercial or equivalent software projects Demonstrated time management and organizational skills Strong VB/C# development skills and experience with the .NET 2.0 framework Strong knowledge of Web Development Tools (XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, DOM) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
Desirable Skills	Complete database management lifecycle experience including database security, database replication, database backups and recovery, performance troubleshooting and tuning, physical storage configuration, etc. Strong and effective team communication and problem solving skills and able to work under very little or no supervision Strong ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences Understanding of all types of testing such as unit, component, integration and system testing
