Responsible for managing a team of intelligence analysts and other intel-related employees for an Intelligence Community client. Assists the Chief Operations Officer in directing the program by assisting in development of comprehensive plans to include both long and short range goals and milestones. Assists in identifying, acquiring, and utilizing company resources to achieve program objectives by working with the VP of Business Development. In working with the BD team, acquire follow-on business associated with the program and for supporting new business development by assisting with proposals. Trains and directs employee work activities. In addition, support operations personally; conduct operations in relation to the plan. Liaison experience, field experience managing operational resources required. Brief senior officials, write reports as directed. Coordinate within Client headquarters as well as with field elements. Travel expected to be up to 50%; including overseas. Candidate must have had senior experience with the U.S. Intelligence Community. Top Secret SCI required.

• Program Manager requires minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years related experience
• Managing experience required
• Must have a Top Secret clearance
• Must have been a senior staff executive within U.S. Intelligence Community
• Ability to plan intelligence operations and work with senior client management is required

• PMP certified or working on completion of the PMP program is desirable
