Title	Project Manager – Exempt
Position Summary	Oversee and coordinate the operations aspects of complex specific government or commercial contracts. Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet customer’s productivity and quality requirements.
Responsibilities	Responsible for managing all aspects of projects by directing personnel, managing cost, schedule, ensure contract compliance and serve as the main customer interface. Supervise and monitor projects to ensure SOW, schedule and budget are well defined and maintained.
Qualifications	Minimum requirements are: Bachelors Degree in any Business, Financial or Engineering field; or Associates Degree in any of the above plus 4 years extensively related experience; or 7 years extensive related experience.
Desirable Skills	Ability to supervise and mentor employees in all aspects of work performed. The position requires highly skilled use of mathematical functions. Candidate must have the ability to prepare correspondence, presentations and reports and the ability to work within critical deadlines. Must have the ability to identify complex problems and make recommendations to senior management. Position requires familiarity with the use of various contract vehicles including Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Time and Material and Firm Fixed Price.
